Current Practice

My clinical experience has shown me how essential it is to consider both brain and body when making treatment decisions. This understanding led me to pursue additional training in functional medicine and biochemical approaches to mental well-being—training that complements my traditional allopathic background.

As an inherently inclusive thinker, I strive to be a wholistic psychiatrist by addressing all relevant aspects of health, including lifestyle habits, nutrition, sleep patterns, gut health, emotional life, relationships, and sense of purpose.

“As an integrative psychiatrist, I work collaboratively with my patients to uncover the fundamental root causes of their distress. Together, we create a personalized functional medicine plan—understanding that the true heart of wellness lies in addressing the full continuum of mind, body, and spirit.”

I am grateful for the opportunity to bring my experience and passion into this new practice. I am collegial, competent, compassionate, and welcome referrals starting immediately. I treat the full spectrum of psychiatric conditions, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, OCD, and schizophrenia. I have a special affinity for young people and am comfortable working with patients from mid-teens through the golden years.
